What payment methods are available?
You can use on of the following payment methods to complete your order.
Cash on Delivery
Payment by Cash On Delivery (COD). This payment option is offered only in Greece.
Bank transfer to our company’s account
In the case of payment by bank transfer to our company’s account, you are requested to deposit the amount due for the order to our company’s account at PIRAEUS BANK

after you receive our order confirmation.
If you make the transaction from another financial institution you are required to add an extra 4 Euros fee to the total amount of your transaction.
You are required to complete the transaction within 3 working days from the order confirmation. In case you exceed the above time limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.
If you accidentally deposit the amount after the above mentioned time limit, please contact our company immediately.
You will receive your purchase receipt upon delivery of your order.
Paypal
In case of payment via Paypal you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.

(Please note that credit or debit card payment is not available at the moment. We are working on adding the card payment functionality as soon as possible. At the moment you can pay by credit or debit card only at our physical store.)
You can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card.
If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.
We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) to ensure maximum protection.
What shipping methods are available?
Our products are delivered in Greece via Speedex Courier (www.speedex.gr) and abroad via Elta Courier (www.elta.gr).
Delivery time estimates & cost
Greece (flat rate with no additional fees) – 3,10€ / 1-5 days
European Union – 10€ / 7-10 days
Rest of Europe – 15€ / 7-10 days
Rest of the World – 30€ / 8-20 days
Orders received before 12:00 pm will be shipped by the next working day. If we receive your order after 12:00 pm, it will be sent within 2 working days from the necessary preparations, quality inspection and the confirmation of the order. If a product is not available, the order remains pending and our company will contact the customer for the expected delivery time, possible replacement or cancellation of the order.
Shipping Information
Products cannot be delivered to mailboxes.
The address declared by the customer needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to absence or change of address, the customer is responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier or he/she will be charged any additional cost of shipping.
Products remain property of the company until delivery, and travel at company’s risk. In case of package loss, the order will be replaced pending product availability or the customer will be refunded.
What is our Return Policy?
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within fourteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
Must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you.
Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories.
Must be sent in its original packaging.
Must be shipped back to our Company within (14) days of the date of delivery.
Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs.
Your return can be sent to us by Elta Courier or Speedex Courier, using the pre-printed label which you can find within the original shipment. If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products if you ship your return without using Elta Courier or Speedex Courier.
We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within fourteen (14) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider’s fulfillment house.
If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said fourteen day period, you authorize the Provider and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as they see fit.
SALES OF BEACHWEAR AND UNDERWEAR ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE OTHER NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS NON-RETURNABLE.
What is our Refund Policy?
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees. If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
