Order delivery & Shipping

Order delivery

RBPD offers delivery across Greece, the EU and other countries around the world. The order delivery methods currently available are courier service or Hellenic Post. We always try to improve customer experience and may introduce other delivery methods in time. Please check with us in case we are able to accommodate another method that will suit your preference.

Deliveries take place during courier or Hellenic Postal Services working hours.

Order shipping and priority

All orders are prepared for shipping within 48 hours of payment confirmation and are sent of to the courier service.

Custom orders or special requests might require extra time in which case we will contact you upon payment confirmation (within the same day if the order is placed within working hours or the next day if the order is placed off working hours).

Delivery time varies depending on your delivery address (within the same city, outside Athens, remote areas or outside Greece). You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Priority will be given to an order based on the time it was placed.

Orders place during public holidays will be prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of the first working day following the holiday.

Any order placed during a promotion campaign or promotional/discount season might require some additional time to be dispatched depending on the volume of orders.

Please note that CASH ON DELIVERY orders (αντικαταβολή) carry an extra handling fee which is already included in the checkout total.

Delayed or non delivered orders

For any order that has not been received within 30 days of order confirmation, we will follow up with the courier service and refund policy will be followed accordingly.

Please note that we are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control (for example: natural disasters, accidents prohibiting delivery, closed borders etc.).

If for any reason you are not available to receive the order when the courier service delivers, you will be notified by the courier for a re-schedule or a pick up at their delivery center.

Returned orders will only be refunded upon customer follow up and depending on the situation that caused the customer not to receive the order.

Store pick-up

Store pick-up is available during working hours:

Mon-Wed-Sat: 10am -3pm
Tue-Thy-Fri: 10am – 2pm & 6pm – 9pm

It might take up to 24 hours for your order to be ready for pick up from our store.
